What does a move-in/move-out clean include?
A top-to-bottom clean of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and floors, following the Move Out column of our services checklist. Inside the refrigerator, oven and kitchen cabinets can be added. See the checklist for every item.
Do you document the condition of the home?
Yes. Every visit begins with a walk-through and before photos and ends with a final walk-through and after photos. Anything we find, like a stain, a chip or existing damage, we photograph and tell you about the same day.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge.
Is there anything you don’t clean?
We don’t take on carpet shampooing, mold and mildew remediation, dishwashing, mattress cleaning, patio furniture, or anything that needs a ladder above six feet. We’re glad to recommend someone for these.
