Every visit begins with a walk-through and before photos, and ends with a final walk-through and after photos, so you can see exactly what was done. Anything we find — a stain, a chip, existing damage — we photograph and tell you about the same day. Not happy with something? Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no charge.
A few things we don't take on: carpet shampooing, mold and mildew remediation, dishwashing, mattress cleaning, patio furniture, and anything that needs a ladder above six feet. We're glad to recommend someone for these.
