Do you really come out to Star?

Construction dust keeps coming back. Will one clean fix it?
A deep clean removes what’s settled now. In a new build, fine dust can keep turning up for a while after move-in, which is why recurring visits help: they catch it before it builds up again.
Do I need to have cleaning supplies on hand?
No. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If there’s a product you want used on a particular surface, like a new countertop or floor, mention it when you book.
Will you move the boxes or unpack for us?
No. We don’t move heavy furniture or put away belongings. We clean around what’s there. For the easiest move-in clean, book it before the truck arrives.
Is there a contract?
No. There’s no contract and no minimum on residential service, and we keep the same crew on your home whenever schedules allow.
Is there anything you don’t clean?
A few things. We don’t do exterior windows, tall-ladder work, heavy furniture moving or mold remediation. The checklist shows every included task and every add-on.
