We scope it by size and condition before the first visit, so the time on site matches the house. Tell us the square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, and any surfaces that need special care.
Is there a contract, and is there anything you don’t clean?
There’s no contract and no minimum on residential service. We don’t do exterior windows, tall-ladder work, heavy furniture moving or mold remediation. The checklist shows every included task and every add-on.
